Moment Haus CLE

Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date.
Final payment is due no later than 7 days before the event. If payment is not received, services may be canceled without refund of deposit.
Payments are processed securely through our website via Squarespace’s integrated system.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made in writing to hello@momenthauscle.com.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if rescheduling is possible and availability allows.
Cancellations within 14 days of the event may be subject to additional fees.
Service Details
We will arrive approximately 30-60 minutes before the scheduled start time for setup.
Client must provide a 7'x7' space with a flat, stable surface for the booth to stand on.
A three-prong electrical outlet must be available within 10 feet of the booth setup location.
If 'instant delivery' is requested, the client must provide a reliable Wi-Fi connection. Without Wi-Fi, delivery of digital captures may be delayed by up to 24 hours.
Any delays or interruptions caused by venue access issues or other third-party vendors are not our responsibility.
Photo Usage & Consent
Guests who use the booth may be asked to agree to a digital or printed waiver allowing photo use for promotional purposes (social media, website, marketing).
If consent is not given, photos are shared only with the event organizer via private gallery link.
The Client is responsible for informing guests if the event is private or if special photo handling is required.
Delivery of Photos
Digital galleries are typically delivered within two business days after the event.
Client is responsible for downloading and archiving photos. Moment Haus CLE does not guarantee long-term storage beyond 30 days.
Client Responsibilities
Ensure that the booth area is safe and appropriate for use.
Supervise minors using the booth.
Refrain from allowing any misuse or abuse of the equipment.
You are liable for any intentional damage to Moment Haus CLE equipment caused by guests.
Liability
We are not responsible for issues caused by unforeseen circumstances, including weather, power outages, or venue restrictions.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure or inability to deliver the agreed service, our liability is limited to a full or partial refund, not exceeding the total amount paid.
Additional Fees
$100 per additional hour outside the agreed event duration.
$150 per hour for on-site overage if requested during the event — subject to availability and not guaranteed.
$25 per hour for an on-site attendant.
Additional travel fees apply for events located more than 30 miles outside of Cleveland, Ohio.
Optional Add-Ons
Optional add-ons must generally be confirmed at least 7 days in advance of the event.
Custom backdrops must be requested at least 45 days prior to the event. Moment Haus CLE reserves the right to decline requests if the creative direction cannot be reasonably executed within the available timeframe.
Proofs and creative concepts must be approved at least 30 days prior to the event to ensure production and delivery timelines are met.
Changes to These Terms
Moment Haus CLE reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
